Mansaf of veal and lamb on a bed of rice with Tahini, pine nuts and roasted almonds.

Lamb Saniya cooked in a tomato Ragu and Ethiopian tahini baked in a hot pan

Lightly smoked asado veal steak and chimichurri sauce (a fatty steak)

Dark meat chicken pieces braised in a red wine sauce flavored with dried figs espresso and thyme

Grilled dark meat chicken steak prepared with a Galilee spice rub

Chicken fillet coated with a tempura crust containing herbs, chili sauce and lemon

Fillet of Salmon, oven baked in a sauce of honey, mint, garlic, white wine and grated orange peel

Sea Bass fillet marinated with coriander seeds, mustard and rosemary on a bed of garlic infused cream

 Homemade Tortellini filled with cream of Artichoke, almonds, coriander, olive oil and Kalamata olives (vegetarian)

 Baked Portobello mushroom filled with sweet potatoes garlic confit parsley and pecans (vegan)

Fillet of local St. Peter’s fish baked in a picante tomato and peppers sauce and served with home baked Challah bread

Confit of duck meat in a sauce of Cabernet wine, Espresso, wild berries and rosemary on a bed of potatoes cream
Risotto cooked with white wine, Duxelles mushrooms, basil and truffles
